So the “Who’s Your Daddy” chants at the end of the Nuggets’ convincing opening night victory Tuesday in Denver, playing off a one-liner at last June’s parade, shouldn’t have been surprising. (Maybe they’re getting prepared for when they get another team, which hopefully will be soon.)
